Hop Right On It And Try It

Hop right on and we will wheel
Away on my mighty Muscle-Power Mobile
Oh, what terrific fun and motility,
For us to be seen and besides to see

Folks by the novelty so entranced by the chance
to so greatly enhance our health and strength,
As we go to no great loss or length,
Over hill, dale and valley to advance,

Up and down, over, along, across, and toss
All cares and concerns behind in the wake
Of an oh so happy, carefree break
From humdrum numbing activities no loss,

And so on to blissfully happy moseys
And invigorating sorties,
Each new venture and adventure
Engulfing us with such thrilling rapture,

Something every special good life has,
Fully and not only just by halfs,
Hop on and find out for yourselves,
No way will your first ride be your last...

Now don't you seniors overlook,
How super grand that you will look,
So let's all rosy pink them tickle
Getting them Grandma and Grandpop cycles—

Their hap hap happy BAPcycles!

The word Pedal (I'm sure you want to know this or already do) derives from Latin pedis (foot) and armal from Latin armo. For feet Velocipede is right and velozarmo would designate for the arms.

|:Build muscle tone and strength from head to toe.
You'll be so very glad that you did, you know!
A great way to get yourself in shape and in shape stay
at the cost of just a few paltry pennies per day.*

Get in shape now! You'll be so very glad you did.
Armal off! Start out in a rapid, efficacious way
to impressively enhanced stamina, vigor and health.
Do it for your own sake and your beloved country's.:|

Now jump on that BAPcycle built for two and show what you can do! Stay fit and well above all else, especially you oldies. Take care. Don't become hobble-along Cassidys.

Amaze me Daisy,
Give me your answer do!
I'm half crazy
All for the love of you!
But you no longer are the girl I fell for,
Not as trim and slim as before,
So take a seat, you'll look so sweet
On a bapcycle built for two.

Mays won't cut it
Nor, for sure, will maybes.
Trimming a bit
Will do it in a breeze,
Take just a bit or snip off at the waist,
Altering your chest, a crime and a waste.
Recycle your shape by cycling
Along on a bapcycle built for two.

As you muscle your way along, arms pushing and pulling back and forth, you could chant the Volga boatmen song to establish your cadence. "Yo oh, push pull, Yo oh push pull!"

Volga boatmen

A depiction of Volga boatmen. The chant "Yo, Heave Ho" is based on this.

Yo! A Russian Version!

English Translation

Yo, heave ho!
Yo, heave ho!
Once more, once again, still once more
Yo, heave ho!
Yo, heave ho!
Once more, once again, still once more

Now we fell the stout birch tree,
Now we pull hard: one, two, three.
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
Now we fell the stout birch tree

As the barges float along,
To the sun we sing our song.
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
To the sun we sing our song.

Hey, hey, let's heave a-long the way
to the sun we sing our song
Yo, heave ho!
Yo, heave ho!
Once more, once again, still once more

Volga, Volga our pride,
Mighty stream so deep and wide.
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
Ay-da, da, ay-da!
Volga, Volga you're our pride.

Yo, heave ho!
Yo, heave ho
Once more, once again, still once more
Yo, heave ho!
Yo, heave ho!

Chant it to this example as you work out on the MPC (Muscle-Power Cycle). Sing out the letters (H, S, H, P, E, etc.) and then the rest of the chant. Alternatively, a leader sings out the letters and the group shouts out the chant.
